Thank you for signing up for your child's recruiting video. We ask that you read the form completely to ensure the most accuracy. Both sessions are on Saturday 11/21. Price is $200 for the video, to be paid in cash, card, or check on the day of the event. Both sessions are held at the Sports Factory from 9:00AM-12:00 PM and 12:30-3:30 PM.
